Limited Lifetime Warranty
(Residential Purchaser)
Averie Custom Cabinet, LLC. offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original residential purchaser of any cabinet manufactured by Averie Custom Cabinets. This warranty applies only to products purchased by the first residential purchaser for use in the United States. It is non-transferable, except as allowed by applicable law.
Residential Purchaser Definition:
-
The residential purchaser is an individual who buys and installs the product in a dwelling that is either a primary or secondary home.
-
The residential purchaser or a business, such as a builder, contractor, or developer, who installs the product in a newly constructed or remodeled dwelling, which will be used as a primary or secondary home by the first owner. This warranty does not cover rental properties, vacation rentals (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO), or properties used commercially. (For commercial warranty, see the Commercial Warranty section).
Warranty Coverage:
This limited warranty ensures that your product will be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use and maintenance, for the period specified below.
Warranty Period:
The warranty begins on the date the product is purchased, whether by you or a third party on your behalf. The warranty is valid only if the product is used in a dwelling as a primary or secondary home and is not transferable to future owners if the property is sold.
Exclusions from Coverage:
This warranty does not cover the following:
-
Vent hoods, blowers, components, or decorative hardware.
Other Warranties:
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Averie Custom Cabinets for the product. All implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are strictly limited to the duration of this warranty.

Sole and Exclusive Remedy:
If a product defect occurs during the warranty period, Averie Custom Cabinets will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component. If repair or replacement is not commercially feasible, we may refund the original purchase price or provide a credit towards a similar product. The above options are your exclusive remedies for any product defect.
Examples of costs not covered by this warranty:
-
Labor costs for installation, removal, or reinstallation of the product or defective components.
-
Costs for removal, reinstallation, refinishing, or replacement of other materials (e.g., counters, sinks, tiles, flooring, appliances, plumbing fixtures) necessary for product repair or replacement.
If a warranty claim is made for issues like warped components, joint separation, or wood expansion, we may defer action for up to 12 months to allow the product to acclimate to its environment.
We reserve the right to modify product designs, specifications, or materials without obligation to make similar changes to previously sold products.
Repair or Replacement of Obsolete Products:
If a valid warranty claim is made for an obsolete product, Averie Custom Cabinets may, at its discretion:
-
Replace the affected product or component with a similar or comparable product from our current line.

The remedies described above are your sole and exclusive remedies. Averie Custom Cabinets' total liability is limited to the actual amount you paid for the defective product. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if this warranty is deemed to have failed in its essential purpose.
